Please read this necessary information:
HOUSE RULES 🏠:
1. No smoking inside.
2. Pets allowed (up to 3 dogs) with a pet fee - inquire for pet rules and fee questions.
3. No parties allowed.
4. Only guests who are part of the reservation may be on the property at any time.
5. No confetti or glitter allowed.
6. Small weddings are allowed with an additional event fee and only up to 50 guests. Please inquire for more details.
7. Swimming is NEVER recommended in the river. Our river bank is steep, so please take care. There is a boat launch just a couple of miles down the road for boating. There are several great lakes nearby with beaches as well.

PARKING 🚙:
Please park on the gravel driveway, not on the grass or the street. Fences or markers mark the property, so please respect our neighbors by staying within our property.
CHECKING OUT 🚶🚪:
• Check-in after 4:00 PM
• Checkout before 11:00 AM
• Please leave the unit as found, nice & tidy.
• Put dishes in the dishwasher & start it.
• Leave towels at the end of the hall.
• Turn off lights.
• Close and lock the door.
